Destination Data
RMGS are passionate about establishing the destinations of all our Year 11 and Year 13 Students before and after leaving school.
Gatsby Benchmark 3 states that ‘Schools should collect and maintain accurate data for each pupil on their education, training or employment destinations for at least three years after they leave school’.
To do this we:
- Collect Year 11 and Year 13 preferred destinations in October via an online Google Form
- Repeat this process in April for both years and update our findings
- Update our tracker on both Year 11 and Year 13 exam results day in the summer break.
- Contact students and/or parents/carers to filling any missing gaps.
- Add this data to our Alumni Database
- Post 16 enrolment data is then submitted to Medway Council
- Year 11 and Year 13 destination data is published on our website and used by staff to assess.
- Once a year for the next 3 years an email is sent to all those Year 11 and Year 13 students to update our data
