Go to http://www.ptc.com/company/community/download/.  You will need to fill out your details after clicking "I am a primary/secondary/high school student".  You will then be sent an email.  In this email are comprehensive instructions on how to download the free software.  You will need to create an account on the link the email contains and you will then be able to download it.  The email will contain the product code too.  For support or help use the Academic Support Request link that is in your email.

This license agreement is between you and the company.  If you have any problems you must contact them not ICT Support.
